UK Delivery standard rate: £3.95 this will take 3 to 5 working days
Standard European: £10 sent Royal Mail tracked, this will take 3 to 7 working days
Standard International: £15 sent Royal Mail tracked, this will take 5 to 15 working days depending on destination (PLEASE NOTE that you are liable for any local sales taxes or import duties on orders placed outside the EU).
PACKAGING
Marcia Galvin Textile Designs is committed to using eco aware packaging, orders placed will be sent in mailing sacks made from recycled material. This may change as we continue to source the best packaging material, details of packaging will be updated on this page
RETURNS
You have 28 days to return an item for refund or exchange. Contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods to inform us of return, you then have 14 days to return the item to us. Please send returns to Marcia Galvin Designs, 16 South Lochside, Lerwick, Shetland ZE1 0RA with proof of purchase/receipt. We will contact you to acknowledge receipt and refund. Postage will not be refunded.

This website is owned and operated by Marcia Galvin Designs. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.
REFUND POLICY
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 28 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Returned items are to be sent to Marcia Galvin Designs, 16 South Lochside, Lerwick, Shetland ZE1 0RA. Please note postage is not refundable.
OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COPYRIGHTS AND LOGOS
